Biography
Lerna Hayes is a somatic practitioner and educator whose passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and the Earth. Drawing from practices such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC), mindfulness, and eco-therapy, she guides groups and communities toward deeper awareness, compassion, and resilience.
Through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions, Lerna teaches how embodied awareness can enhance ecological literacy and foster collective healing. Her approach weaves together science, ancestral knowledge, and somatic practice to inspire holistic living.
